The Recipe: Tart Orange Cran Smoothie

Ingredients:

1 cup high pulp orange juice
1 cup cranberries (frozen, or use leftover cranberry sauce)
1/4 cup frozen pineapple
1/4 cup frozen peaches or mango
1 tablespoon chia seeds
1 tablespoon hemp seeds
1/2 cup greek yogurt
optional: maple syrup or honey for sweetener

Directions:

Blend it all together until smooth in a blender. Garnish with extra fruit.
