Yes! There are 2 ways to do this:

1. If you want to pay with your FSA/HSA card directly:You can use your HSA/FSA dollars to purchase eligible one-time-purchase products on our website using the Sika Health payment method. Eligible products are clearly marked with “HSA/FSA eligible” seals.. You can also access all eligible items here. When you add eligible products to your cart, select the “Sika | Pay with HSA/FSA” payment method and follow the instructions.
2. If you want to subscribe: HSA/FSA debit cards don’t always work for recurring purchases, but you can file for reimbursement by submitting invoices which can be downloaded in your customer portal under “View Previous Orders”. Simply use an alternate debit or credit card to start subscriptions for eligible products and  double up on savings by stacking our 15% subscriber discount with your FSA/HSA pre-tax dollars!

If you have a mixed basket of eligible and ineligible one-time-purchase products, Sika Health makes this very easy. When you select the “Sika | Pay with HSA/FSA” payment method at checkout, your cart will automatically be split into an eligible and ineligible subtotal. You can then add the appropriate payment method for each subtotal.

Don’t worry! Sika Health can check your available HSA/FSA balance, charge that amount, and allow you to provide a backup credit or debit card to handle the rest. Enter your card details as you normally would, and follow the prompts from Sika Health! 

Yes! If you would like to redeem your HSA/FSA funds for a purchase on our website and you don’t have an HSA/FSA card, you can choose Sika and pay with a regular credit or debit card. As long as one of the items in your cart is eligible, you will receive an email from Sika Health. In this email will be everything you need to redeem your purchase for HSA/FSA dollars, including the proper receipt to submit to your HSA/FSA administrator.

It’s easy! Simply download your itemized receipt from your Perelel account by following the below steps:

1. Log in by clicking the person icon on the top right of the home page.
2. Click “View Your Previous Orders”.
3. Click “Download Invoice” for your order(s) containing eligible products.
4. Submit this invoice to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement.

Currently, Sika Health only supports one-time purchases. It does not  support subscription payments directly. If you want to subscribe to an HSA/FSA-eligible product, you can do so using a regular credit or debit card and filing for reimbursement later. Simply  download an itemized invoice from your account by following the below steps:

1. Log in by clicking the person icon on the top right of the home page. 
2. Click “Previous Orders” on the bottom panel. 
3. Click “Download Invoice” for the relevant subscription order.  
4. Submit this invoice to your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement.

Yes! If you choose to pay with a regular credit or debit card instead of your HSA/FSA card, you can submit an itemized invoice to your HSA/FSA provider for reimbursement. Follow the steps below for reimbursement:

1. Pay for your order with any credit or debit card. 
2. Follow your HSA/FSA provider’s instructions for submitting a reimbursement request. 
3. Download an itemized invoice from your Perelel account to submit for reimbursement:
