Truthfully there were about 2 weeks that I could not take these prenatals in my first tri due to severe sickness; however, after this I was religious about taking them nightly. I have researched a bunch of prenatals on the market and believe this one to be the best. I have not gotten sick (i.e. cold, etc.) since taking these this pregnancy. I truly believe they are keeping me and my baby healthy and giving baby the nutrients she needs! Thank you Perelel!
