Best known for her celeb-loved Fab 4 Smoothies, this quick and grab-and-go smoothie is perfect for a new mom's busy schedule. Plus, it has added ashwagandha to help promote some much-needed calmness and relaxation.
The Recipe: Kale & Hemp Heart Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 serving vanilla protein powder
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- Handful of greens
- 1 tbsp mct oil
- 1 tsp ashwagandha
- 2 c unsweetened almond milk
- Hemp hearts to top
Directions
- Place ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
