According to my OB, the pack has everything I need and what she suggests I should include (i.e. CoQ10). The pills are easy to swallow and easy on my stomach. There is no strange taste or aftertaste. I haven't experienced burping or gas like with other prenatals in the market. TMI: I believe the ingredients are at the perfect amount/dosage as I haven't experienced herbal-smelling urine either. In other words, my body hasn't had to void excess like I've noticed with another prenatal I used to use.
The packaging changed recently, but I find the packs are easier to open without accidentally spilling the capsules (slow tear).
