    Helped me create an evening routine!

    Perelel Sleep Support has been one of the best things I've added to my pregnancy "supplements". I started having difficulty falling asleep midway through my second trimester and found this product when updating my other subscriptions. It has helped me ease into sleep more easily and created a much-needed evening routine to wind down and relax after a day of chasing young children and lugging my growing belly around. I use my Keurig to get the perfect temperature. The taste is so good, and there is no grittiness, like some other supplement powders I've tried.
