Omega DHA+EPA Fish Oil was formulated by a team of leading OB/GYNs to support brain and heart health throughout pregnancy—or during any other life stage! We also recommend taking this supplement if you're struggling with morning sickness and relying on our 1st Trimester Prenatal Powder, which doesn't contain omegas.
Some nutrients are better together. EPA plays an important role in DHA metabolism and helping DHA cross the placenta, which is why we include both in our formulation.
