Does Libido Support* help during perimenopause?

Libido Support* is formulated to help maintain healthy sexual desire as hormones naturally shift with age, and may also support the body's overall sense of balance during this transition. For women navigating more pronounced hormonal changes, we recommend two servings per day for additional support.

Why do the instructions advise “increase as needed”?

Our research also discovered that everyone’s libido needs are different. You can use the higher dosage of 2 servings per day (1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule at night) or the baseline dosage of 1 serving per day.

Are Perelel products third-party tested?

Yes, we complete third-party testing on all of our products to confirm purity and potency. All of our vitamins are made in FDA Registered and Inspected Facilities, which meet FDA 21 CFR 111 guidelines and are also cGMP Certified. All raw materials for our vitamins are tested directly prior to production to ensure their purity and quality. COAs are performed on every batch of manufactured vitamins to ensure final product integrity and quality, which includes testing for heavy metals, microbes, allergens and contaminates. We then complete third-party testing for heavy metals, microbes and potency to confirm our products are safe under USP standards. Can’t say enough good about this product!
I can’t say enough good things about Vitamin Pack and their Perelel supplement! I’ve been taking it to help with my perimenopause symptoms, and I have been extremely impressed with the difference it has made.
I’ve noticed such a positive change in how I feel overall, and some of the symptoms that were really affecting my day to day life have improved so much. It’s honestly been a game changer for me during this stage of life.

Hormonal mood support
I started taking libido support and a perelel multivitamin packet about 2.5 years ago (at age 37) and have noticed a significant improvement in my hormonal mood swings. I have been much more even in my temperament and have also noticed an increase in my libido overall.... Not saying it's the same as my husband with his natural testosterone, but it's a noticeable improvement for me! Give it a few months to see if it helps you too!
