    Hands down best vitamins E.V.E.R.!!!

    Soooo I always had a hard time taking vitamins. My boyfriend would even get all of my vitamins together in a pill box and leave them for me in the morning and I still had a hard time taking them/ or forgot. Then along came Perelel. Honestly, the packaging is what got me hooked. Great quality vitamins in the little packaging that you can keep at your bedside? Win win!!     Daily Dose of Energy

    Stronger hair and nails

    I know this is for overall but I have definitely seen the improvement in my hair and nails they grow faster and stronger. I will say you need to take after eating a decent meal, I’ve definitely gotten nauseous if I didn’t eat.
