    Regulates Cycles

    I have been taking this supplement for close to 6 months and my periods have become more regular (30-32 days) and can confirm ovulation. Before this product, my cycles were unpredictable and I was not sure if I was ovulating.

    this has changed my life

    Happy Hormones
