Are Perelel products third-party tested?

Yes, we complete third-party testing on all of our products to confirm purity and potency. All of our vitamins are made in FDA Registered and Inspected Facilities, which meet FDA 21 CFR 111 guidelines and are also cGMP Certified. All raw materials for our vitamins are tested directly prior to production to ensure their purity and quality. COAs are performed on every batch of manufactured vitamins to ensure final product integrity and quality, which includes testing for heavy metals, microbes, allergens and contaminates. We then complete third-party testing for heavy metals, microbes and potency to confirm our products are safe under USP standards. In addition, our pre and postnatal formulas have earned us certification from the Clean Label Project, a leading nonprofit that sets one of the industry's highest standards for consumer transparency. I technically just moved into my second trimester but I'm still finishing up my 1st Trimester Pack. Should I finish my 1st Trimester Pack or wait for my 2nd Trimester Pack to arrive?

While the timing of when you start your vitamins with us doesn't always exactly align with your trimester, rest assured all of our packs will keep your needs covered during any overlap weeks! Feel free to finish out your current pack before switching to your new one.

I'm having trouble sleeping during my pregnancy. Will this help?

2nd Trimester Pack contains magnesium, which is shown to support relaxation. That said, we also recommend checking out our Sleep Support, a pregnancy-safe drink powder with a doctor-backed Magnesium Blend to support a restful sleep.

Why do you use omegas derived from fish oil?

We chose to source omegas from fish because they are heavily research backed. To help reduce heavy metals in the final oil, we are also sourcing from smaller wild caught fish like anchovies and sardines.

What is an “enteric coated HPMC capsule”?

An enteric coated HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) capsule is a capsule meant to survive the gastric juices of the stomach in order to make it to the intestines, where it will dissolve. Our team has found that using this specialized capsule helps with nausea and stomach upset.

I still feel nauseous in my pregnancy. How can I best tolerate these pills?

Remember to always take your vitamins on a full stomach and with a full glass of water.

This is my 4th pregnancy but my 1st time using perelel. I have really been enjoying it over the last prenatal I have taken. With plenty of water I feel like I'm getting all the vitamins me and baby need without feeling nauseous afterwards. I love that each trimester gets its own prenatal pack. Its definitely been a game changer and will be recommending to all my friends in the future.

So easy and the perfect combination
I decided to try Perelel starting in my second trimester. I wish I would’ve done it sooner! I love that all the vitamins are packed together in these cute individual packages which are easy to travel with and easy to just pour the handful out and pop them in my mouth. It looks so much better on my nightstand than five different bottles! Backed by science and doctors. I’m an absolute believer. Thank you for making such a great product. Next month, I am also adding the greens powder to help get as many nutrients as I can for my little sweet girl!
