Recipe: A Refreshing Mocktail That Boosts Hydration

Recipe: A Refreshing Mocktail That Boosts Hydration

Many of us are well aware of the importance of hydration. From regulating body temperature to helping tissues and organs to keeping joints healthy, hydration affects your daily life and physicality in really big ways. In fact, a study of women found that dehydration contributes to mood changes, headaches, and difficulty in completing tasks.1 Basically—the more hydrated you are, all the better.

With that said, we tapped pre + postnatal registered dietitian and Perelel Panel member, Stephanie Lauri, to put together this deliciously refreshing hydrating mocktail (using our Cellular Hydration Powder).

This mocktail has a ton of health benefits, including antioxidants and vitamin C for immunity from the pomegranate juice and fresh squeezed orange. Plus the addition of Perelel's Cellular Hydration Powder adds electrolytes for hydration helping your body direct water to the parts of your body that need it most.
