    Healthy mom, healthy baby!

    I started taking the conception support pack approximately 4 months before trying to conceive, and succeeded in getting pregnant after just two cycles (and likely only first “regular” one after stopping birth control). I took trimesters one, two and three packs. First trimester was a bit difficult at times, but I found that as long as I ate enough breakfast, I could keep the pills down. A month ago, I welcomed a healthy, full-term baby girl. I’m continuing on with the mom support pack. No complaints! I plan to return to the conception support pack when it’s that time again, and I’d recommend Perelel to others trying to conceive or newly pregnant.

    Big fan

    I’ve been taking these postnatal vitamins for 7 weeks now and I tolerate them super well. No gross burps. I feel like it’s helping me maintain optimal nutrition even when new mom life gets too hectic and I am not eating the most nutritious foods. 10/10 recommend. I also took the 3 separate trimester packs during pregnancy.

    Love it!

    First time using it postpartum on my third pregnancy. I take all the capsules at once *down the hatch* easy and doesn’t taste bad. I noticed less hair shedding this time around which was my main concern.
