    Excellent vitamin

    This vitamin pack has everything I’ve needed post partum taking care of our little (demanding) bundle of joy. It’s great to get the multivitamin heavy hitters in higher RDA percentages that align with needs for recovery and breastfeeding, plus the omegas, biotin, and stress support are excellent at this time. I trust Perelel unequivocally- have taken their vitamins for the last year+ starting with the conception support pack and throughout my pregnancy. My pregnancy providers (nutritionist, acupuncturist) reviewed the products and were impressed with their comprehensiveness.

    Vitamins I can trust!

    I started taking these vitamins almost 2 years ago now and I can say these have helped me in so many ways! I started taking these 18 months postpartum and I was in a depressed state, I could tell the difference a few months after taking them and starting to feel like myself again. I also take other supplements from perelel, like the greens. I got pregnant with my third baby and immediately started taking the prenatal vitamins throughout my pregnancy. I love how each prenatal has different needs for each stage in pregnancy. I’m now taking the mom multi support pack again and I highly recommend these vitamins to any mother looking for a good vitamin routine that you can trust!

    Feel good, Look good

    I am now 12 weeks postpartum, I have used Perelel products since starting with the Conception Support Packet when TTC. I feel SO good! These vitamins don’t hurt my stomach like others have in the past. My hair, skin and nails are flawless and stronger than ever. They have helped keep my sensitive skin crystal clear despite the major hormonal swings and have experienced no PP hair loss .
