    I switched to this company when I was 8 weeks pregnant. This was my second pregnancy and I was borderline anemia again. My current popular prenatal was lacking a key nutrient needed during pregnancy. It was also often out of stock and difficult to locate. I struggled to find a prenatal that was cost effective, easy to find and had the necessary nutrients to support me and my baby during pregnancy. I really liked being able to subscribe and have it shipped to me when needed, the ability to skip a subscription or adjust delivery date meant I wasn’t locked in to anything that didn’t work with my schedule or finances. I struggled with nausea taking pills and there are a few pills in each pack, but never did I feel nauseated on these as long as I took with food. I think my favorite part of this company is the thoughtfulness of women’s health in general and that it was developed by women, moms and doctors. I am now 2 weeks postpartum and taking the multi support pack and plan to order the new protein powder to support our breastfeeding journey going forward! Highly recommend this company and their products.

    Love!!

    I have loved Perelel since starting taking them in the 3rd trimester. I wish I would hsvd started then from the beginning!! I have had great postpartum hair (my first pregnancy resulted in a lot of postpartum hair loss!), less mood swings, and overall feeling well! Thank you Perelel for making postpartum easy to manage :)

    It Doesn’t Get Better Than This!!

    I have been taking Perelel Vitamins since I was trying to conceive, all the way through my pregnancy and now I’m taking them postpartum. I love the individual packets. They sit on my night stand and are so easy to remember to take. There is no rummaging through a cabinet to find my daily vitamins. I love that 1 week postpartum, I know I am getting the supplementation I need and filling in any nutritional gaps I have. I recommend these to anyone I know who is pregnant or a mom!

    Postpartum is Easier with Perelel

    I have heard a lot about postpartum/what comes after giving birth and although most of it is true, with taking the “Mom Multi Support Pack,” I feel like it is better than it could be. I am happy that I was able to take the prenatals throughout my entire pregnancy and continue to take Perelel after pregnancy to recover and stay healthy!
