    I started taking these around 4 months postpartum with my first. I am now almost 7 months PP. I had been taking a generic postnatal and was suffering from pretty significant dizziness, nausea, and other weird symptoms. My doctors assured me it was “just hormones” and to “drink more water.” (Super helpful. Thanks). All of those weird symptoms stopped almost immediately after starting these pills. I’m so thankful to feel better physically during a time in my life that is so incredible but also mentally taxing.

    I started taking the prenatal pack while pregnant and loved it. I currently take the post natal. I love them all. I would like one for hair skin and nails, but I enjoy it. Only down fall is the smell.

    Amazing!! Wouldn’t trust any other company with my motherhood journey.

    I’ve been taking Perelel before conception, during every trimester and have been taking the mom multi support pack every day for the last five months. A lot of the things I’ve heard others complain about (ex: hair loss) I haven’t experienced. Love this company and grateful for the thoughtfully curated vitamin packs that keep me at my best.
