How does hyaluronic acid support my skin health?

The amount of hyaluronic acid in your skin is one of the primary measures of skin hydration. Various conditions—from your environment to aging—can deplete hyaluronic acid levels. Both internal and external hydration matter—but ultimately, we we eat and consume is what makes up the building blocks of our skin!

What kind of collagen do you use?

We use bovine collagen peptides in our product which are rich in hydroxyproline, glycine and proline. (And therefore, this product is not vegetarian or vegan.) Cellular Hydration delivers type I and III collagen. Type I collagen is the most abundant protein in your body and comprises approximately 80% of your skin's structure.

Are Perelel products 3rd Party Tested?

Yes, we complete third-party testing on all of our products to confirm purity and potency. All of our vitamins are made in FDA Registered and Inspected Facilities, which meet FDA 21 CFR 111 guidelines and are also cGMP Certified. All raw materials for our vitamins are tested directly prior to production to ensure their purity and quality. DIRECTIONS:

Mix juices and cellular hydration powder, then top with 1/2 C sparkling water or seltzer over ice.

INGREDIENTS:

2 servings Cellular Hydration Powder

1-2 English cucumbers, cut into chunks

Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tablespoons)

2-inch piece fresh ginger

Handful fresh mint leaves

2 cups cold water (divided)

Ice

Additional mint for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

Add the cucumbers, lime juice, ginger, mint, Cellular Hydration, and 1 cup of water to a blender and blend. Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer, pressing gently to extract the liquid but avoid bitterness from cucumber skins. Stir in the remaining 1 cup of water until fully dissolved. Fill glasses with ice, pour the cucumber drink over, and garnish with a mint sprig.

INGREDIENTS:

2 servings Cellular Hydration Powder

1 cup cold water

Juice of 1-2 lemons (about 1/4 cup)

6-8 fresh sliced strawberries

1-2 teaspoon honey

Ice

Lemon slice for garnish

DIRECTIONS:

Place the strawberries in a glass or shaker and muddle them with a muddler or the back of a spoon until broken down and juicy. Add Cellular Hydration, water, lemon juice, and honey into a mason jar. Seal and shake vigorously for 30 seconds until the collagen is fully dissolved and the honey is incorporated. Enjoy over ice and garnish with a lemon slice and fresh strawberry.

Honestly Love
The flavor is good, not too sweet (doesn’t mean not flavorful it’s actually a perfect balance), not chalky (needs very little help mixing in cold liquid), and very soothing on the stomach (no bloat/reaction). Honestly the best product to take alongside the pre-nat vitamins - helps to cut any taste!
