2 oz cold water

8 oz grapefruit sparkling water

½ lime, juiced

Makes 1 | 5 minutes (plus 2 hours freeze time)

INGREDIENTS:

2 cups frozen watermelon chunks

1 stick pack Watermelon Mint Cellular Hydration Powder

3 oz water

DIRECTIONS:

Freeze watermelon chunks in a single layer for 2 hours before making. Add frozen watermelon, hydration powder, and water to a blender. Blend until smooth and slushy. Don't over-blend. Pour into a glass and garnish with watermelon or mint.

Flavorful and full of nutrients!
Very happy with this purchase. I get my electrolytes in and some collagen which has been helpful postpartum. It comes with a little measuring cup. I use a straw to stir in the powder but it’s clumpy so I’m going to try a frother.
