Carrot Cake Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS:

1 scoop Daily Resilience Complex

1/3 cup oats

1/2 milk almond milk

1 heaping scoop Greek yogurt 

1/4 cup grated carrots

1/4 tsp cinnamon

3 dashes nutmeg

3 dashes ground ginger

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp maple syrup (to taste)

DIRECTIONS:

Mix: Combine all ingredients in a jar and stir well.

Refrigerate: Seal and refrigerate overnight.

Serve: Stir, add a splash of almond milk if needed, and enjoy cold.

Nutty Vanilla
Iced Latte

RECIPE

Nutty Vanilla Iced Latte

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup milk of choice (almond or dairy)

2 shots espresso

1 tbsp hazelnut butter or peanut butter 

¼ tsp vanilla extract

1 scoop Daily Resilience Complex

1 tsp maple syrup (optional) 

Handful of ice

DIRECTIONS:

With a blender, mix milk, maple syrup, nut butter, Daily Resilience Complex, and vanilla extract. Pour over two shots of freshly brewed espresso and ice.*

Immune Smoothie

RECIPE

Tropical Ginger Immune Smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

½ cup frozen pineapple 

1/2 cup frozen mango

1 serving Greek yogurt

1 handful spinach

1 scoop Daily Resilience Complex

1 cup coconut milk

Pinch of fresh ginger

2  tbsp chia seeds

DIRECTIONS:

Combine all and blend!

RECIPE

Watermelon Chiller

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup watermelon
1-2 handful cup ice
1 serving Daily Resilience Complex
4 oz coconut water (to blend)
1 squeeze of lime
1 tbsp honey
Sprig of mint

DIRECTIONS:

Blend frozen watermelon, lime juice, coconut water, and collagen, with optional mint for a thick, icy drink.

Coconut Fudge Collagen Bites

Makes ~12 bites, 2 bites per serving
INGREDIENTS:

⅔ cup of Daily Resilience Complex

½ cups cashew butter

3 tablespoons maple syrup

2 tablespoons cocoa powder

2 teaspoons vanilla extract

¼ cup finely shredded coconut flour 

3 tablespoons mini chocolate chips

1 pinch sea salt

DIRECTIONS:

Mix ingredients in a bowl or food processor. If sticking, add in a dash of nut milk!

    Great supplement that replaces several other ones

    I used a frother with it to make sure there are no lumps. Great to add to protein shakes and smoothies. Watching my iron levels grow into healthy levels

    A daily (and pregnancy) staple!!

    I have been adding this into my morning matcha during my first trimester (coffee adversion is in full swing) and I absolutley love it! I dont taste it at all and it mixes in so well, there is no grittiness to it! Between the collagen peptides which help with skin elasticity (hoping to help with reducing stretch marks) and the Lactoferrin it is a supplement I know is doing so much to support my body during this time!

    Love that it’s pregnancy safe!

    I am so low on energy this pregnancy and I’ve been looking for something to add to my routine to give me a little extra boost. So glad to have found this, and it’s pregnancy and breastfeeding safe! Love that I can trust Perelel during this special time in my life!
