The Postpartum Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • Perelel Synbiotic Greens Powder
  • 8oz coconut water
  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds
  • 1/4 c oats
  • 1/2 c frozen pineapple
  • 2 tbsp coconut shreds or chunks

 

Directions:
