Our Synbiotic Greens Powder has a subtly sweet açaí flavor with notes of berry and bright lemon.

There is no need to stop taking your current Probiotic with the Greens Powder unless a personal preference for it to replace your probiotic as it does have different strains as well as a prebiotic. Combining the two products actually diversifies the probiotics strains you’re taking even more. The probiotics in the Daily Probiotic are from the Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium genus, while the probiotic in the Greens & Synbiotic Powder is from the Bacillus genus. The live strain probiotics in Daily Probiotic will also benefit from the prebiotic inulin in the greens.

We specifically created our Synbiotic Greens Powder to not have any added vitamins or minerals above its ingredients so it will layer safely with your existing vitamin routine.

Yes! For those needing additional support in their fertility journeys, we created Fertility+ Support with CoQ10 and NAC (N-Acetyl-Cysteine). Combined with Conception Support, this would provide 150 mg per day of CoQ10 to provide an additional antioxidant boost.

Our experts recommend starting to prepare your body for pregnancy up to a year in advance of trying! (It's important to start building up those nutrient stores sooner rather than later.) Conception Support was designed to support your fertility when you're just thinking about it and when you're ready to start trying.*

Yes, this is breastfeeding safe so if you're ready to start trying to conceive again, we recommend starting with this pack! If you're newly postpartum, be sure to consult with your provider to determine the safest timeline to try for another pregnancy.

Each monthly Pack contains 30 daily sachets (with 4 pills each) to cover all your needs when preparing your body or actively trying to get pregnant.

There shouldn't be any concerns about taking your Conception Support Pack and birth control. For any specific concerns, we do recommend you speak to your doctor about your individual needs.

If you've yet to do your egg retrieval, we recommend you start with our Egg Freeze Support Pack*, which will provide your body (and eggs) with the nutrients it needs to support your body throughout and leading up to the retrieval process.
