    High Quality Prenatal

    I have used Perelel Prenatals my entire pregnancy, and am just about to switch to the 3rd Trimester pack. I appreciate that all I need for each day is separated into little packs I can easily take with me. I also love that they have prenatals for every trimester, instead of the one-size-fits-all approach of every other prenatal I've seen.

    I spent time researching the best prenatals before getting pregnant, and the quality of these stood out to me. I am a birth doula and so I do a lot of research into the best options in the birth world. I wanted to make sure I was taking something that was actually going to improve my health and my baby's development, instead of some cheap gummy from the store. I've had a healthy pregnancy so far (I'm 25 weeks) and it gives me peace of mind knowing I'm taking a prenatal that gives me the quality and quantity of extra vitamins my body needs.

    One thing I will say-- if you're struggling with nausea, these can be hard to get down. My sense of smell and taste being heightened, as well as my gag reflex, made it difficult for me to take them for about a month. They don't smell great. However, I found that taking them during a meal, and washing them down with a flavorful drink (like apple juice) helps to mask the taste, and I haven't had any issues since then.

    I recommend these to all my friends!

    Grateful For Perelel

    Found this brand through doing research on TikTok for best and cleanest ingredient prenatals, as a new mom I want to give my baby the best. So far very I’m very grateful to know the quality of the prenatals haven’t caused me sickness or my baby any harm. Love the diversity that it switches from different trimester packs to adjust to baby’s and mother different needs at that time. Signed up for monthly subscription it’s very worth it and I know the price is not something maybe every mom can afford specially in these times but I recommend as a mom finding a way to budget these in as quality over quantity will always win in my book.

    Love the ease of taking these!

    I love that these vitamins have been thought through for each trimester to meet the changing needs I have as my pregnancy changes. And its so easy to grab and go each morning - one less thing to think about!

    Easy and effective!

    I love these prenatals because they’re conveniently packaged, I can’t take a few days worth with me on the go and I love that the company is founded by an OBGYN! Also the fact that I can put it on subscription and put in my due date and they ship me whichever pack I need for the trimester I’m in! There was no question for me which prenatals I was buying - these were the clear winners!
