Peppermint White Hot Chocolate 

Ingredients:

  • 1 serving Triple-Support Protein

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • Optional: 2 tablespoons of white chocolate chips 

  • 2-4 drops peppermint extract (omit if pregnant)

  • Optional: Top with crushed organic peppermint candy and/or whipped cream

 

Directions:

  1. Combine milk and protein powder in blender on high, then pour into sauce pan.
  2. Warm over low heat for 3-5 minutes, stirring in white chocolate chips and optional peppermint.
