Sleep is when the body does some of its most essential work—regulating hormones, restoring the nervous system, and supporting cognitive and emotional balance—yet stress, screen time, and modern schedules can make it harder than ever to fully unwind. Supporting sleep isn’t about forcing rest, but about creating the right biochemical and sensory conditions for the body to relax naturally, which is where an intentional evening ritual — and the right nutrients — can make a meaningful difference. This golden, spice-infused bedtime latte is designed to help you ease into rest from the inside out, made with our doctor-formulated Sleep Support featuring a gentle Magnesium Tri-Blend complex to support relaxation, calm the nervous system, and promote healthy sleep quality.
Magnesium plays a key role in muscle relaxation, stress response, and sleep onset, while turmeric—paired with a pinch of black pepper for absorption—supports the body’s natural recovery processes during sleep. Warming spices like ginger, cinnamon, and cardamom encourage circulation and digestion, and a touch of honey and vanilla adds just enough sweetness to signal comfort and ease.
