Gingerbread Chia Protein Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

  • 1/2 cup yogurt

  • 2 tablespoons Triple-Support Protein

  • 2 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger

  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1/4 tsp ground allspice

 

Directions:

 

  1. Combine almond milk, yogurt, and Triple-Support Protein Powder and blend on high.
  2. Add in chia seeds and spices and stir
  3. Optional: Top with crushed granola, gingerbread, crushed walnuts/pecans, and/or sliced pear. 
  4. Cover and let sit overnight.
