One of our most-loved social series came to life this week. Perelel Health Check was officially IRL. We gathered some of favorite wellness devotees on a cloudy Los Angeles for a holistic wellness experience featuring leading experts in women's health. Our reminder? It's time to take care of you. And we've got a few ideas for where to start.
Guests like Whitney Port, Jenn Im, Rocky Barnes, Paige Lindgren and Liv Golding—just to name a few—came for the wellness activations and stayed for the conversation. The day kicked off with energizing workout by fitness trainer, Lindsey Harrod made possible by Bala and a breakfast spread by our friends at Erewhon and continued into the afternoon. Guests received personalized health coaching from Stephanie Lauri, RD, CLEC, Pre & Postnatal Dietician who shared what you need to know if you suspect you may have a food intolerance. They received 24k ear seeding by Samantha Manka-Segal, LaC, Acupuncturist & Herbalist and Founder of AQU Wellness, who also shared a few additional acupressure points you can activate to support your reproductive health. Our friends at Seyhart provided personalized acupuncture to feel good from the inside out. And across the way, Miss Lymph offered lymphatic massages to combat inflammation and support your body's natural detoxification system. She even shared how to give yourself a lymphatic massage at home. And finally, Heyday Skincare provided gua sha facial massages and lip treatments for a full R&R packages.
