    Ssoooo good!!

Okay, this stuff is amazing. I had to go with it for multiple reasons and I'm so happy I did. One..I'm allergic to bovine which means anything that has gelatin in it - like pills - I can not take. So powders are always safer. Two.. it doesn't have biotin. My skin is RIDICULOUSLY sensitive to biotin and I refuse to have my skin be a complete mess. Three..the taste is amazing..I mix it with mostly water abs then some OJ (hello vit C boost) and its the perfect pair with the ginger. I have had horrible all day motion sickness with this pregnancy so that has helped (ginger).

The only issue now is there are no other powders besides tri 1 so I'll continue to take that throughout my pregnancy.

helps so much with my nausea

I am about 7 weeks pregnant and I haven't felt nauseous in 3 days. It's been great feeling like I can eat again. I like the flavor of the powder though I do prefer it with 16oz of water over 8oz. Definitely needs to be taken with a hardy meal, I made the mistake of taking the vitamins without a meal one day. Don't do that, don't be me. But over I love this product

    Wonderful!

I LOVE this powder prenatal vitamin. Was having major issues swallowing pills at the beginning of my pregnancy. Switched to these and it made all the difference. Wish they had powder for foe the rest of the pregnancy. My inky thing with this powder is that it's a bit on the sweet side. I dissolved it in water with ice and added some fresh lemon juice to cut the sweetness. Other than that it is perfect!

Tastes pretty good but no iron

I just got this today. I’m 4w4d pregnant and wanted to try this because I’m a big fan of powders. We shall see if it helps with nausea whenever that begins for me. I really don’t like that it doesn’t have iron. For the price I thought I was buying something that has ever vitamin I need in a prenatal.

Hi Meg! Our 1st Trimester Prenatal Vitamin Powder does not contain iron or your omegas, as it has been optimized for tolerability in a powder form! It was created for the days when you need something a little more gentle on the stomach and easier to take alongside first-trimester nausea. This powder contains the essentials from your prenatal pack to cover your baseline needs in an easy, drinkable format that will also help ease digestion and nausea. If taking pills is not an issue for you, we recommend that you take the 1st Trimester Prenatal Pack which contains your prenatal multivitamin with choline and iron, your Omega DHA+EPA, additional folate, and a B6+Ginger anti-nausea blend! I’m actually really happy so far!

This is my second pregnancy and with my first I was sick for about 20 weeks… it was so hard to keep a prenatal down so i was worried when I ordered the pills about the smell and taste so I reached out and they offered to send me the powder to try free of charge and I got a refund for my pills! I’m only 4 weeks so not nauseas yet but the taste is kind of similar to orange juice which actually helped me a lot in my first pregnancy with nausea so I’m enjoying it! We’ll see once nausea sets in if the ginger and b6 help! Also this has way more vitamins than the one I took last pregnancy so I’m happy with it!! I’m hoping they come out with 2nd and 3rd trimester powders because it’s much more pleasant for me than pills!
