pregnancy mocktail for hydration and anti-nausea

Recipe: Hydration and Anti-Nausea Mocktail

We want to know—are you getting your eight to ten glasses in? Staying hydrated comes with so many health benefits—from soft, glowing skin to boosting your mood, and even supporting a better night's sleep. Not to mention, the benefits are major during pregnancy, too. When growing life, drinking your daily H2O helps to prevent constipation, hemorrhoids, UTIs, fights fatigue, oh—and regulates your body temperature, too.

So, in for hydrating with us? We thought so. That's why we tapped pre + postnatal registered dietitian and Perelel Panel member, Stephanie Lauri, to put together this electrolyte mocktail for an extra hydration boost.

"Increase your energy and potentially combat nausea with this Hydration Mocktail."
