The Fertility Smoothie
"I love adding in avocado for extra folate. Also, whole milk yogurt versus low fat can help improve fertility."
Ingredients:
- Perelel Synbiotic Greens Powder
- 1/2 C whole milk greek yogurt
- 1/2 small avocado (or 1/4 C frozen cubed)
- 1/2 to 1 C milk of choice
- 1 C spinach
- 1/2 C frozen berries
Directions:
