Ingredients:

  • Perelel Synbiotic Greens Powder
  • 8oz coconut water
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/2 c frozen mango
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 dates
  • Fresh ginger, grated

 

Directions:

  1. Place ingredients in high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
