    I wish I was aware of this little magic pill years ago. The demands at work I face daily, the friends that want my attention while I’m working, coming home and the dogs need my attention, my partner needs me, this little capsule feels like a massive deep breath. I notice I handle tasks and conversations more gracefully, calmly, and with less sense of urgency (which I typically run on all the time). It’s been great for my mental health and keeping my stress levels down during my first trimester.
