Warming Tea Elixir

Ingredients:

    • 1 cup milk of choice (dairy milk, oat, or cashew milk work well)

    • 1 serving of Sleep Support

    • 1 tablespoon tahini

    • 1-2 dashes cinnamon

    • 1 dash nutmeg

    • 1-2 teaspoons maple syrup (to desired sweetness)

    • Pinch of sea salt

    • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

 

Directions:

  1. Warm 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based) in the microwave or store top.
  2. Once warm, whisk in the tahini until it's completely smooth—this step is really important because tahini can clump if you don't mix it well.
  3. Add Sleep Support, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt, whisking everything together until combined.
