    By far best multivitamin!

    I was a little skeptical at first to subscribe for reoccurring deliveries, but I knew I needed to get my health back in order. After going through months of mood changes, not sleeping well, feeling exhausted even when the day was easy, I went ahead and gave Perelel a try and it’s been the BEST decision I’ve made. They’re easy to swallow, I don’t have any nausea or upset stomach after taking them and most importantly I notice the difference in my mood changes and my sleeping.

    I wake up feeling well rested and generally a better mood throughout the day.

    Having the auto subscription assures that I never run out or have an excuse to not continue taking my vitamins.

    The package even makes it easy to take them on the go when I travel or when the day is busy!

    Love this product

    I had started feeling awful, perimenopause was really taking its toll. I didn’t want to go the hormone route and stubbed across these. I’m so glad I ordered them!! I’m on week 4 of taking Themis product and can already tell a difference. I do recommend taking and night and with food

    I have been using Perelel for several years now. I started with the regular womens vitamin pack and recently transitioned to the perimenopause supplements. I like that I am able to control my shipment dates. I also like the new packaging. Overall I have seen my hair growth and very few hot flashes or night sweats. These supplements really work.
