    My symptoms definitely subsided

    After taking the pills for a month I noticed I was sleeping better and my brain fog was pretty much gone. I then had to stop taking them due to surgery, and I noticed the symptoms coming back. Recently started them back up and I feel so much better. Sleep is back to where it should be, no more brain fog.

    Finally not tired

    I tried this because I wasn't sure what else to do about my complete exhaustion. I'm almost done with my second box. I have to say, that after about two weeks, I noticed I wasn't feeling run down and wiped out. I just feel normal again, and that feels wonderful.

    I love this pack. At 45, I am on the edge of menopause and this pack provides everything my changing body needs.
