    Best proportions of vitamins

    I compared many many different brands of prenatal supplements, and I deemed Perelel the best because (a) it has the best proportions of vitamins (doesn't under OR overshoot certain nutrients - e.g., not too much b vitamins or folate), and (b) it's great how it tailors needs for the trimester.

    Love love love these vitamins!

    I have been taking Perelel vitamins since November 2022 and have loved them! I know I am preparing my body for pregnancy with the conception support pack and providing the optimal nutrients for both me and baby through the trimester specific packs. I am now 6 weeks PP with our second and taking the mom multi support pack daily to keep me as nourished as possible while recovering and breastfeeding. Perelel makes it so easy having your daily vitamins individually packaged so you don’t have to open several different bottles and makes packing them on the go convenient . I recommend Perelel to all of my mom friends who are either thinking of getting pregnant, currently pregnant, or still PP !

    3 trimesters in and not stopping.

    Started Perelel in my second trimester and haven’t looked back!! Helped my nausea so much to switch, and now I’m 4.5 months pp and my hair shedding up to this point has been minimal, and that mood one in the post partum pack is a winner. I can tell when I accidentally miss a day. My pp anxiety is much much less this time around. Not sure if any of it is from Perelel but it’s still worth it. I’m sticking with it.
