    Currently post partum with my second baby and this time around I decided to start taking the Mom Multi Support Pack and I have to say, that was the best decision. As a mom of a 2 month old and 3 1/2 year old, it can get chaotic but since I started taking this multi support pack I feel calmer in the chaos. I don’t react like I used to. Also, total disclaimer (not sure if this is the reason) but I am currently an over producer with my milk supply. That was not the case at all with my first, I was barely a “just enougher” and the only thing I’ve done differently is take this support pack. 100% recommend. In fact, my sister is currently pregnant and I already recommended her start taking this pack post partum!

    Worth it!

    I really really like these supplements. I started using Perelel when we were trying to conceive. I've used Perelel all through my pregnancy and now through my post-partum journey. I am confident in their ingredients and feel as though these supplements have the right things for me.

    It’s great!

    I took the prenatals through my second and third trimester, the first trimester pills were too hard to get down 🤣 I’m 2 and a half months postpartum and i’ve been taking the mom pack the whole time! I feel great, recovery was fast and my milk production has been steady as well. I feel like they’re worth the price and peace of mind. I take them along with probiotics and a magnesium supplement, it’d be nice if the mom pack included probiotics but i’m loyal to the brand i have so i don’t mind. I’d recommend to a friend! My baby is doing well also, hitting milestones and growing healthy.
