    Mom of 4, these vitamins are kind of my lifeline.

    I can noticeably tell the difference when i am taking the mom multi support pack vs when I forget for a few days. I am a busy and tired mom of 4 young kids, breastfeeding my youngest baby and i sometimes i cannot get all the nutrients i need consistently every single day. I dont drink coffee bc my baby seems to be affected by the caffeine so i am very tired on baseline. However, a few hrs after i take the vitamins my energy levels seem to be higher and stay steady. It gives me peace of mind that im getting the vitamins necessary to sustain breastfeeding without it leeching nutrients out if my own body. But best of all, i notice a noteworthy difference in my emotions. Postpartum and fluctuating hormones rly make emotional regulation so very difficult. Ive noticed that when i take this consistently, my mood seems to have some more bandwidth so i am able to be more patient with the kids. Whatever herb is in it , i honestly believe it works to take the edge off of my moodiness and is a major motivator for me to take daily, bc honestly sone days i cannot survive with out it. The days im very short with my kids and just cant deal with it all, i pause and think...did i take my perelel vitamins??And literally everytime, i did not! I know these are a bit of a splurge but decided it was well worth it to know I am being taken care of, so that i can continue taking care of my children. Also TY Perelel love that you changed the packet wrappers to be opaque. They seem to smell less fishy…

    Really love these!

    I really like this postpartum support pack! I think it really helped and still is helping me in this postpartum time of my life. Having everything conveniently in one package is really nice esp with my hands full 24/7 I don’t really take the time to take care of myself!

    I love being able to get all the vitamins and supplements I need in one pouch to support my body postpartum. Being able to just grab a pouch daily without having to think about it in the chaos of taking care of a new baby and a toddler makes taking care of me so much easier.
