    Must Need

    After doing much research I decided that Perelel was the best prenatals to take looking at all the ingredients and benefits. And taking them during my pregnancy was a great experience. So it was an absolute no brainer to take postnatal’s. It has all the essentials you need all in one bag which makes it so much easier no having my little one. I definitely recommend to all moms to get these.

    Brand I can trust

    I love that I can feel confident that I am giving my body the deficit I have postpartum. One thing I’ve noticed since taking these immediately after giving birth is that I have not fallen victim to the postpartum acne, hair loss, or depression that so many of my friends have. I understand that many factors, including individual biology, plays a roll with that, but upon working with a nutritionist, there is a proven link to my body’s nutrition and hormonal regulation postpartum. I believe that everything I’m putting into my body, and not putting into my body, including my mom support pack vitamins, are supporting me through my first year postpartum and while breastfeeding. I’m so grateful for vitamins I can trust that are designed for what my body is going through right now.

    Love These SO Much

    I’ve been taking Perelel packs since my first trimester, and it’s done a world of good for my moods, mental health, physical well-being and hormones. Not to mention my hair, skin and NAILS! I have never had good nails; they were dry, cracking/splitting and brittle. They don’t even bend easily anymore… this manicure is my natural nails with gel polish. The rest of my list is more important, but I have felt so good about my hair, skin and nails and I feel like those things being great sometimes can help us with the mental and emotional. So, here it is! Love these packs, I recommend!

    The Easiest and best vitamins for me

    I find it hard to remember to take any multi vitamins, but this makes it so easy. I just spread out between my purse, baby bag and suitcases. Highly recommended.
