    Helped with acne!

    I've been taking HBS for 10 months. Around month 5 I noticed my acne (which I've had for 20 years) started clearing up and by month 8 it was mostly clear! Although I've been told I probably don't have PCOS this has definitely helped me a ton.

    I've been using for 3 months

    I didn't see much change during the first month, which was a little discouraging. However, stick with it! By the second half of my second month, the results were truly noticeable. Not only did my hormonal breakouts significantly improve, but my menstrual cycle is now incredibly regular. The only real downside is the pill intake: two in the morning and two at night. It's a lot to swallow, especially when juggling other vitamins, but the benefits make it worthwhile. I absolutely recommend this and plan to keep using it long-term.
