Most women will start to experience perimenopause symptoms in their mid-40s, but some can start as early as in their mid to late 30s. For many women, the first sign of perimenopause is a change in their menstrual cycle. Tell-tale signs may also include hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness and heart palpitations—as well as emotional changes such as increased anxiety and fatigue. Perimenopause is the transition leading up to menopause. On average, this chapter can last about four years, but can range up to 10 years. You can, though we find it tastes best when mixed with cold milk of your choice (almond, oat, or cow’s!). Our product does have fiber, creatine, and protein in it, so we do recommend stirring with a frother for optimal mixability! We also love to combine this into a smoothie for days with a bit more time.
