    Keeping that gut happy

    Years ago, when I learned the importance of gut health, I started taking probiotics, and this one has been the best so far! I never had any trouble when I started, and it keeps my tummy happy! The gut biome overseas so much of our bodily functions, and I do think that because of this I rarely get colds or any kind of stomach distress or the flu.
