I have been taking this pack for almost a year now, Easy to take, each day is individually packaged, no bad taste, no side effects. I highly recommend.
This is a well rounded pack to support conception. I researched prenatal vitamins for months before buying this one. I love that it has different packs for different times during conception and pregnancy as well as the postpartum pack.
I really love these vitamins. First off, love the little individual packages, second, the new formula is great, there is no smell and no after-taste. I particularly chose Perelel because they were the only conception support vitamins that I could find and also, vitamins that had no biotin in them!
I enjoy the convenient packs and that the vitamins contain all of the recommended vitamins for ttc. I feel great and like I am doing more to prepare for pregnancy.
