    Morning routine game changer

    Before reaching for cafe, this hydration powder has now become my top of the morning go-to. It kickstarts my body for a quick work-out and helps me feel refreshed. I also take it with me when I travel for work and it keeps my body from resisting the travel fatigue. It would be nice to get these in travel packs, like the multi-vitamin conception support bags, to make it easier to travel with, but I will gladly pack it in little tupperwear until then!

    Love it!

    The flavor is great and tolerable even with first trimester nausea. Use a frother to fully dissolve it - it creates a nice foam that almost gives cocktail vibes

    The best electrolyte on the market!

    I went from Liquid IV to LMNT to this powder and I adore it because it isn't too sweet or salty. The flavor is great and subtle and I love that it's great for mamas. Wish there wasn't monk fruit/sweeteners in it, but it tastes much more subtle than other brands that can be overwhelmingly fake sweet. Just got on subscription!
