Recipe: Cucumber Lime Hydrator

Featuring Cellular Hydration

Hydration is more than just water intake; it’s about how efficiently fluids and electrolytes move into your cells to support energy, circulation, and overall balance. When hydration falls short, it can show up as fatigue, dull skin, headaches, or sluggish recovery, even if you’re drinking plenty of water. That’s where Cellular Hydration Powder comes in: supporting optimal fluid absorption at the cellular level so your body can actually use what you’re giving it.

This Cucumber Lime Hydrator is a refreshing, functional take on hydration, made with our doctor-formulated blend designed to support electrolyte balance, cellular fluid uptake, and everyday hydration needs without added sugar or artificial ingredients. Light, clean, and deeply replenishing, this recipe is an easy way to turn hydration into a ritual.

Cucumber Lime Hydrator

Ingredients:

    • 2 servings Cellular Hydration Powder

    • 1-2 English cucumbers, cut into chunks

    • Juice of 1 lime (about 2 tablespoons)

    • 2-inch piece fresh ginger

    • Handful fresh mint leaves

    • 2 cups cold water (divided)

    • Ice

    • Additional mint for garnish

Directions:

  1. Add the cucumbers, lime juice, ginger, mint, Cellular Hydration, and 1 cup of water to a blender and blend.

  2. Pour the mixture through a fine-mesh strainer, pressing gently to extract the liquid but avoid bitterness from cucumber skins.

  3. Stir in the remaining 1 cup of water until fully dissolved. Fill glasses with ice, pour the cucumber drink over, and garnish with a mint sprig.
