Strawberry Lemonade Hydrator

Ingredients:

    • 2 servings Cellular Hydration Powder

    • 1 cup cold water

    • Juice of 1-2 lemons (about 1/4 cup)

    • 6-8 fresh sliced strawberries 

    • 1-2 teaspoon honey

    • Ice

    • Lemon slice for garnish

 

Directions:

  1. Place the strawberries in a glass or shaker and muddle them with a muddler or the back of a spoon until broken down and juicy.
  2. Add Cellular Hydration, water, lemon juice, and honey into a mason jar. Seal and shake vigorously for 30 seconds until the collagen is fully dissolved and the honey is incorporated. 
  3. Enjoy over ice and garnish with a lemon slice and fresh strawberry.
