I highly recommend this product. Clean ingredients and no bad vitamin aftertaste or smell. Perel offers differ Vitamin packs based on the stage of pregnancy and postpartum period making it effortless to ensure you are getting all of the essential vitamins you need for the stage you are in without having to add a bunch of different supplements adjust amounts and so on. Highly recommend this product used for my first pregnancy and once again got pregnant on my first TYC cycle with the help of the conception support pack.
