    trusted Perelel with my prenatals for my pregnancy after a miscarriage and wanting to be sure I was fueling properly. I am in my third trimester and so far all my blood work and baby has been healthy. I credit so much to these supplements and have not missed a day! I love how they take the thinking out of additional supplementation based off knowing your trimesters and due date. Highly recommend!

    I started Perelel about 6 months before we were TTC with the Conception Support Packs. We got pregnant the first ovulation cycle and were completely in shock. I also never had morning sickness and have had the smoothest pregnancy thus far which I think these prenatal vitamins had a lot to do with. I am almost 30 weeks now and the ease of these daily packs that changes with your pregnancy stages have been a lifesavers. Recommend 1000% and I have gladly spread the word to everyone I know that is TTC or about to start that stage of life.

    Best vitamins

    These vitamins are so great. They are easy on the stomach and perfect for on the go. I have used them from the TTC process all the way up to 30 weeks so far!! I recommend these vitamins to all my friends. The automatic shipping is great so I never run out. They also switched to 2nd and 3rd trimester packs based on your due date. Great vitamins and company. Cannot recommend them enough!!

    Convenient and easy to use

    I love not having to worry about additional supplements by stage and also being able to just pop a pack into whatever bag I’m using instead of having to lug around multiple bottles!

    It is a lot more individual capsules than some other prenatals but the ingredients are great and don’t make you feel uneasy

    Decent price for everything you need

    As someone who will go down the rabbit hole of research of PubMed and NCBI studies, this prenatal seems to be the best one so far. It has the methylated B vitamin and methylated folate for best absorption, good probiotics, and a clean fish oil (clean meaning lack of heavy metal contamination). I've done multiple price analyses on other brands trying to achieve the same blend of pills and Perelel was way more affordable for what is in the pack. Only thing I wish would be an option is the source of iron. Heme iron has a better absorption rate than any other non-heme iron. Hopefully they can create an iron supplement that's heme based in the future. However, as non-heme iron goes, they're currently using the best one.
