Your nutritional needs change after giving birth, so we recommend switching to our Mom Multi Support Pack, which contains a Core Postnatal vitamin to aid in a healthy postpartum period and beyond.* (If you tell us your due date when you subscribe, we'll automatically switch your subscription for you—one less thing to think about!)

While the timing of when you start your vitamins with us doesn't always exactly align with your trimester, rest assured all of our packs will keep your needs covered during any overlap weeks! Feel free to finish out your current pack before switching to your new one.

Each monthly Pack contains 30 daily sachets (with 5 pills each) to cover all your needs during the 3rd trimester.

We account for shipping time and will automatically move you into the next trimester pack as you start to approach it. You will receive an email 5 days prior to any shipment just in case you need to make any adjustments (such as changing packs or moving back a shipment).

We follow the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists™ (ACOG) defined trimesters:

• 1st Trimester: Week 0 through Week 13
• 2nd Trimester: Week 14 through Week 27
• 3rd Trimester: Week 28 through Week 40+
