    Amazing brand and custom vitamins for every step of the journey!

    I took a few weeks to research what prenatal I wanted to take before committing to a brand. I really like Perelel because of the trimester packs they offer and how each pack is formulated for the needs of your growing baby and the phases you and your body will go through during pregnancy. Our bodies need different things at different stages, and I've been taking Perelel since the first trimester. I have felt that it has provided exactly what my body needed for each trimester. The customer service has also been great, especially when I have fallen behind on taking them and fixing auto deliveries according to my needs. Everyone has been super helpful and kind. I recommend this brand to all of my friends!

    I love my Perelel!

    When I got pregnant, I felt lost. I didn’t know what I could and couldn’t eat, do, or how to move forward even with the things I did know. I reverted to an old brand of pre natals I had taken during egg freezing, but I wasn’t liking them. My doctor just said to take one with folate (which Perelel DOES have thank goodness), but that didn’t help me decide. I found Perelel and was so grateful that I did. I love that you input your due date and they automatically ship you the pre-natals that match your trimester. I love that you get an updated package based on the needs of that trimester (including an anti-nausea capsule during first tri that made such a difference for me), calcium during second, etc. It has helped me so much knowing that I don’t have to think about the supplements I’m taking. Plus my hair and nails are thriving with these. Can’t say enough good things, and I will recommend Perelel to anyone in my life who needs a great prenatal!
