Yes, we complete third-party testing on all of our products to confirm purity and potency. All of our vitamins are made in FDA Registered and Inspected Facilities, which meet FDA 21 CFR 111 guidelines and are also cGMP Certified. All raw materials for our vitamins are tested directly prior to production to ensure their purity and quality. COAs are performed on every batch of manufactured vitamins to ensure final product integrity and quality, which includes testing for heavy metals, microbes, allergens and contaminates. We then complete third-party testing for heavy metals, microbes and potency to confirm our products are safe under USP standards.  In addition, our pre and postnatal formulas have earned us certification from the Clean Label Project, a leading nonprofit that sets one of the industry's highest standards for consumer transparency. We chose to source omegas from fish because they are heavily research backed. To help reduce heavy metals in the final oil, we are also sourcing from smaller wild caught fish like anchovies and sardines.

An enteric coated HPMC (hydroxypropyl methylcellulose) capsule is a capsule meant to survive the gastric juices of the stomach in order to make it to the intestines, where it will dissolve. Our team has found that using this specialized capsule helps with nausea and stomach upset.

Remember to always take your vitamins on a full stomach and with a full glass of water.

Each monthly Pack contains 30 daily sachets (with 5 pills each) to cover all your needs during the 2nd trimester.

We follow the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists™ (ACOG) defined trimesters:

• 1st Trimester: Week 0 through Week 13
• 2nd Trimester: Week 14 through Week 27
• 3rd Trimester: Week 28 through Week 40+
