Job Summary:
Perelel is seeking a highly motivated Brand and Product Marketing Manager to join our fast-growing Integrated Marketing team. In this role, you will work closely with senior leadership to drive market research and consumer insights, lead go-to-market initiatives across cross-functional teams, and optimize project management and operations within the team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of experience in product or brand marketing, preferably in the DTC subscription or CPG space, with a passion for using insights to build successful launch strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Go-To-Market: Develop and execute go-to-market plans for product launches and integrated marketing campaigns. Define target audiences, competitive positioning, and launch strategies to achieve business objectives in partnership with the VP of Integrated Marketing.
- Customer Insights & Market Research: Conduct and analyze market research to understand consumer needs, competitor activity, and industry trends. Use insights to inform product and brand marketing strategies.
- Voice of the Customer: Serve as a key advocate for customer insights within the company. Leverage feedback loops, including surveys and focus groups, to refine product and brand positioning and messaging, in partnership with the VP of Integrated Marketing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Content, Growth, Creative, and Product teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing initiatives. Work together to create marketing assets and campaign materials.
- Performance Analysis & Optimization: Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, using insights to optimize marketing strategies. Report on KPIs and assess the impact on business objectives.
- Marketing Operations: Lead marketing operations for the Integrated/Brand Marketing team, streamlining processes, managing invoices and budget, and overseeing key platforms such as Asana.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
- Minimum of five years of experience in marketing, with a record of delivering best-in-class work for DTC brands
- Experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies and new product launches
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights to inform brand and product marketing strategies and tactics
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to identify interdependencies across functions and optimize processes for efficiency
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in CPG and/or subscription businesses
- Passion for health and wellness, with a strong understanding of the DTC space
