Recipe: Watermelon Hydration Spritz

Hydration is more than just drinking water—it’s about how your body absorbs and retains it.

We tapped Brigit Hadam, RD—Perelel's in-house dietitian and Senior Manager of Scientific Affairs, to create a spritz recipe perfect for these sweltering temperatures. It's naturally cooling, but includes a scoop of doctor-backed powder to balance your day without having to plan or overthink.

The Watermelon Hydration Spritz is designed to support cellular-level hydration, helping fluids move where they’re actually needed. Made with our Cellular Hydration Powder, watermelon juice for natural electrolytes, a squeeze of lemon, and sparkling water, this spritz supports fluid balance, skin hydration, and energy by replenishing key minerals lost through daily activity and heat. Finished with cucumber for a cooling effect, it’s a refreshing way to support hydration efficiency—not just intake.
