Quick q: Are you getting enough protein every day? The Recommended Daily Allowance (RDA) of protein is roughly 0.8 grams per kilogram of body weight or .36 grams per pound. Depending on your weight and unique needs, that can add up to anywhere from 40 to 70 grams per day—and even more, if you live an active lifestyle. (If you're pregnant, you can add another 20 grams to your daily total.)
Our dietitians always recommend prioritizing protein-rich foods on your plate—but we also know that this is often easier said than done. And that's exactly why we formulated our new Triple-Support Protein: It's a tasty, one-step protein routine specifically designed to support women across every unique hormonal stage. In addition to 20g of plant-based protein per serving, it also boasts creatine and prebiotic fiber—a one-two-three punch to support muscle, brain, and gut health. That's not to mention the creamy vanilla taste—with no added sugar.
