    Perelel protein

    I am a 70 yr old active women, was told to increase my protein. I have osteoporosis and arthritis.

    I have tried many protein powders for past couple years but was not in favor of them. Either too chalky or to sweet.

    My daughter recomended your product since she has been using it for over a year. OB GYN suggestion.

    I am very happy I found a product that I can take and it is very tasty. I will continue to purchase it .

    My only concern is the pricing. I understand what it takes to make a product , However it is pricey for a senior citizen. I usually do half of the dose and add High protein yogurt.

    Having a Monthly subscription is not a option.

    Great Protein Powder!

    Honestly this tastes delicious. I usually mix it using one of those handheld milk frother things and it turns out so light and creamy.

    My only tip is that when dumping it into water, it is light (I guess?) so it kind of puffs out and spills some on the counter. When I put it into the water I just hold a paper towel over it so it doesn’t make a mess. Works well!

    I’ve been using this protein daily, and it’s been a total game changer for my breastfeeding journey. It doesn’t cause any bloating at all (which is huge for me), and the taste is absolutely amazing—smooth, mild, and not overpowering like some others I’ve tried. I actually look forward to drinking it every day.

    If you’re a breastfeeding mom looking for a protein that’s gentle on your stomach, tastes great, and supports your daily nutrition, I 100% recommend this one!

    My daughter told me, I tried, and then told five friends about this. I love it bc it is non-bloating and adds a taste of vanilla (but not too sweet) to spinach-milk-fruit smoothies. We’re all hooked.
