    One less worry in your routine

    I started using perelel during my pre conception time and then during my pregnancy and postpartum. During my first pregnancy doing research and trying to figure the best multivitamin in the market and not feeling guided with my doctor was stressful. I found this brand and i immediately felt relieved. It was one less thing to worry about specially as you navigate through the trimesters, its growing needs and then postpartum making sure while breastfeeding you don’t deplete your body. Everything comes in one packet already ready without having to separate your pills and make sure you take one daily. I would pack it in my bag and take it on the go. My second child just turned one and I made the switch to the women’s daily and not the mom multi pack since I’m not breastfeeding anymore.

    Huge difference in mental health and energy

    I was starting to experience some pretty significant postpartum blues 2 weeks after my baby was born. I had asked my OBGYN if I should take a multivitamin after the baby was born and she said it wasn't necessary, but I knew I needed something. Perelel's Mom Multi Support Pack was such a game changer.     Truly life changing

    Convenient Packaging
